1.Niyamit Roop Se: Din bhar mein niyamit intervals mein paani piye, yani ki regular intervals par paani peena chahiye.
2.Khade Hokar Na Piye: Paani peene ka sahi tarika hai baith kar ya khade hokar peena. Khade hokar paani peene se pet mein jor padta hai.
3.Garam Paani Se Shuru Karein: Subah uthkar gunguna paani peene se sharir ko nuksaan nahin hota aur metabolism bhi tez hota hai.
4.Adhik Pani Peene Ke Nuksan: Zyada pani peena bhi nuksan de sakta hai, isliye niyamit matra mein aur sahi tarah se paani piye.
5.Thande Pani Se Bachein: Khana khane ke turant baad thanda paani na piyein, isse digestion mein pareshani ho sakti hai.
6.Taral Padartho Se Ijat Rakhein: Chai, coffee ya soft drinks mein bahut kam pani hota hai, isliye inka adhik sevan na karein aur paani ko pehle darja darja hi piyein.
7.Pyaas Par Dhyan De: Jab bhi pyaas lage, paani piyein. Thirst ko ignore na karein.
